Product Features

1. The product is designed and manufactured according to ASME B16.34 and BS 1873 standards, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance;
2. The sealing surface is overlaid with Co based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life;
3. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance;
4. When the pressure is greater than or equal to class1500, the self tightening sealing structure is adopted in the cavity, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, which ensures the reliability of the seal;
5. The valve is equipped with reverse sealing structure, which is reliable;
6. Parts material and flange butt welding end size can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.
